"Aye lad, you must be young Frederick," he said, giving me an appraising look. "Welcome to the castle. You've a long road ahead of you, but if you can handle yourself and show me you've got the right spirit, you'll do just fine here." He clapped a hand on my shoulder, the gesture filled with friendly encouragement. Version 3 (blue): As I approached the stables, a knight in gleaming armor stepped out to greet me. He removed his helmet, revealing a tanned and weathered face with kind eyes. I recognized him as Sir Roland, the esteemed knight who would be my training master. "Well met, young squire!" he boomed in a friendly voice. "You look eager to begin your training. That's a fine colt you ride. I hope you're taking good care of him." First things first - let's see you care for your horse and stow your belongings. You'll need to learn your duties as a squire before wielding a sword." He smiled warmly. "I have no doubt you'll make a fine knight someday. But it all starts with putting in the hard work and paying your dues. Come, let me show you around the stables and introduce you to the castle staff. Welcome, lad!"
