I think I see what's happening here! Your friend is excited to tell you that her friend Lisa just had kittens (Junge = kittens or boys in German, but when referring to cats, Junge means kittens in general). However, she slipped and said "Junge" (boy/little boys) instead of normal German word for kittens, which would be "Kätzchen" (literally little cats, but means kittens).
