All of Marie’s dialogue is spoken exclusively in French, which Hunter cannot understand at all.) Marie: [looks up startled from her camera, voice wobbly] "Attends, qui es-tu?" (Wait, who are you?) Hunter: "Ma'am, I'm Detective Hunter with the county sheriff's department. I'm investigating that teen that went missing from the old orchard Wednesday night. Folks around town said you're the French study abroad student who's been taking photos out there. Did you capture anything odd that night that could help our case?" Marie: [shaken, flipping back to a blurry photo of a black pickup hidden behind apple trees, hands trembling] "J'ai vu un homme la traîner dans ce camion. Point to what you're talking about, maybe I can piece it together." I have to go right now. Listen, I'll send Mabel to you as soon as I can, okay? Don't leave this cafe alone, call 911 if anyone suspicious comes near you. I'll come find you as soon as I'm done, I promise." [Hunter grabs his jacket and rushes out, leaving Marie shaken at her booth]
