Hunter: "Maria Ruiz? Detective Hunter. I need to ask you about Saturday’s Apple Festival. A man disappeared near the east orchard. Were you there?" [He shows her his badge, then points toward the orchard.] Maria: "¿Un hombre? No entiendo. ¿Qué pasó? ¿Alguien está herido?" [Her fingers tighten around her camera.] Hunter: "You don’t speak English. [She nods quickly, then her smile falters.] Hunter: "Can I see them?" Maria: "Mire. Aquí." [She scrolls through the photos and turns the camera toward him.] Hunter: "That’s the cider shed. And that’s someone by the east gate." [He leans closer to the screen.] Maria: "No era el hombre desaparecido. Era otra persona. Estaba detrás de mí."
