"Exactly! This time, we're the Claus Critters, bringing back popular favorites for that special touch at their little space. Right?" "Absolutely." Bill glanced out of the window, where children's laughter could be heard in the distance. "It's opportune, it's critical. Why is the party being thrown the night before Christmas Eve again?" "Wee secrets," Molly said mysteriously. "And after all, that will greatly deter the token guardians of Santa’s rights...Put a few crackers up their nose, right?" Bill grunted. "That's punishment for those nitpicking kids who won't stop asking questions round the tree," he agreed. Molly nodded with a smile, her eyes dancing with mirth. "Remind me why I like being the brains of this operation again, Bill?" she chuckled. Bill winked. "Because you like the liberation, Molly—being in the thick of secrets and double-crosses like a B-level maestro of thievery!" "But yes, all right," she said, leaning forward.
