Molly and Bill sat across from each other at a grimy diner booth, cups of stale coffee steaming between them. Paper placemats adorned the tabletop, scribbled over with map routes and escape plans in a hasty scrawl. Molly slid a glossy magazine photo across the table. It depicted a clown dabbing a child's face with aNotFoundError Bill narrowed his eyes, still nibbling a stale donut. "Hit a kid's birthday party? That's damn low, even for us. What's the score?" "Let me check my moral compass..." Molly rolled her eyes. "Look, it's a big deal. The society pages were all over it. Filthy rich family, only daughter's lavish birthday bash. Rumor has it the gifts alone total six figures." Bill spluttered, spraying crumbs. "Six. Figures. Son of a gun. Alright, I'm listening. But there better be a good exit strategy, because shit hits the fan if we get caught." Molly grinned, slapping a wad of hundreds on the table. "Entry and exit already planned. I'll get us in under cover of darkness, we hit the gift table, then make a break for the woods where my getaway car is staged. With any luck, they won't even notice till morning. " Bill smirked, pocketing the cash. "Sounds slippery as a greased pig. I'm in. But kid, when we load up that loot, I call dibs on any video games. My man cave could use some high tech swag." Molly snorted. "In your dreams. Those presents are going straight to the pawn shop. No way will I sully my heisting legacy hauling a bunch of My Little Pony shit. Now are we doing this or not?" Bill raised his palms in mock surrender. "Okay, okay. I'm on board. But if I spot a single Transformer, it's mine. We clear?" "Crystal," Molly smirked, shaking his hand firmly. "See you at 2AM, back alley behind the clown college. And for God's sake, don't forget the nose. Some people are sticklers about that sort of thing." Bill nodded. "Don't worry your pretty head, I've got it covered. Just be ready to move fast - I've got a feeling this one's going to be a real barn burner. Pump my tires and grease my gears, we've got a heist to pull off!" The mischievous duo shared a conspiratorial chuckle, already envisioning the lavish haul waiting to be had. The scene faded to black, with only the sound of silverware clinking on plates and the dull buzz of fluorescent lights filling the void.
