"Alright, Bill, we've got a job tonight. A little gig at a children's party," Molly whispered as they crouched behind a bush outside the house. "A children's party? What kind of jobs have you been taking, Molly? This is beneath us," Bill responded, smirking. "Oh, come on, Bill. It'll be a piece of cake. Plus, the pay is good," Molly said with a mischievous grin. "Fine, fine. What's the plan?" Bill asked, readjusting his mask. "Simple. We sneak in, grab the presents, and make our escape. Easy peasy," Molly explained. "Easy for you to say. I've never stolen from a bunch of kids before. This feels wrong," Bill complained. "Don't be such a baby. We're professionals. Let's just get this over with," Molly said, starting to climb through an open window. Bill followed reluctantly, grumbling under his breath. Once inside, they quickly located the pile of presents and began stuffing them into their bags. As they were about to make their escape, a small voice called out from behind them, "What are you doing with my presents?" Bill and Molly froze, turning to see a little girl in a pink tutu and a pair of cat ears staring at them with her hands on her hips. "Uh, we're just, uh, checking to see if they're safe for the kids," Molly stammered. The little girl narrowed her eyes. "You're thieves, aren't you?" Bill sighed, removing his mask. "Yeah, kid, we are. But we're not taking your presents. We're just borrowing them for a bit." The little girl tilted her head, considering this. "Can I come with you? I always wanted to be a thief." Molly and Bill exchanged glances before shrugging. "Sure, kid. But you've got to promise not to tell anyone," Molly said. The little girl grinned and nodded enthusiastically, and the trio made their escape together, leaving the children's party with a newfound sense of adventure and a few extra presents in their bags.
