In the dimly lit alley behind the community center, Molly and Bill huddled over a crudely drawn map of the building. The night was young, but the party inside was already in full swing, the sound of children's laughter and a tired clown's jokes leaking out through the open windows. "So, let me get this straight," Bill said, his voice a low rumble, "We're gonna waltz into a kids' party, dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus, and make off with all the presents?" Molly, her eyes gleaming with mischief, nodded. "Exactly. It's genius, isn't it? No one expects a heist at a children's party." Bill raised an eyebrow. "No, they expect a jolly old Saint Nick and his wife, not a couple of thieves in disguise." Molly waved a dismissive hand. "Details, Bill. We'll be in and out before they know what hit them." Bill sighed, running a hand through his thinning hair. "I don't know, Mol. This seems like a bad idea. We're playing with fire here." Molly grinned, her teeth a flash of white in the darkness. "And isn't that what makes it so much fun?" Bill shook his head but said no more. He knew that look in Molly's eyes. Once she got an idea in her head, there was no talking her out of it. Molly stood up, brushing off her pants. "Alright, let's get this show on the road. Remember, we're here to spread Christmas cheer, not fear." Bill stood up as well, adjusting his fake beard. "Right behind you, Mrs. Claus." As they made their way towards the front of the building, Molly turned to Bill, her voice barely above a whisper. "And remember, Bill, no matter what happens, we stick to the plan." Bill nodded, a grim smile on his face. "Wouldn't have it any other way, Mol." With that, they stepped out of the alley and into the light, ready to pull off the most unconventional heist of their careers.
