Molly paced the small apartment, her mind racing with half-formed plans and wild schemes. "This is crazy," she muttered to herself. "Why are we even considering this?" Bill leaned back in his chair, a half-empty beer clasped in his hand. "Because it's the perfect score," he replied with a grin. "Think about it, Mo. A room full of presents, just waiting for us to swoop in and take them." "But it's a children's party!" Molly protested. "We can't just waltz in and start stealing from a bunch of innocent kids." Bill rolled his eyes. "Oh, come on. It's not like we're going to be taking their birthday presents or anything. We're just going to be grabbing the loot from the gift table. And besides, we need the money. You know that as well as I do." Molly sighed and collapsed onto the couch, her mind a whirl of conflicting emotions. On the one hand, the idea of stealing from children was repulsive to her. On the other hand, they were desperate for cash, and this could potentially be the biggest score of their careers. "I don't know, Bill," she said hesitantly. "Even if we do manage to pull this off, we're still going to have to fence all those presents. And that's assuming we can even get into the party without being caught." Bill chuckled. "Leave that to me. I've got a foolproof plan. All we need is a distraction to get the adults out of the room, and then we can swoop in and grab the goods." Molly shook her head. "But what kind of distraction? And how do we make sure we don't get caught?" Bill grinned. "Don't worry, Mo. I've got it all figured out. Trust me, this is going to be the easiest job we've ever pulled off." Molly bit her lip and looked down at her hands, her mind racing with doubts and uncertainties. But as she looked up at Bill, she saw the excitement and confidence in his eyes, and she knew that there was no way she could walk away from this. "Alright," she said, her voice shaking slightly.
