Molly and Bill sat in the dimly lit room, surrounded by the tools of their trade. The hum of the floor lamp was the only sound that broke the silence as they studied the floor plan of the building they were about to rob. "Alright, Bill," Molly said, her piercing blue eyes locked on his. "We've gone over the plan a hundred times. It's time to put it into action." Bill nodded, running a hand through his disheveled hair. "I know, I know. But this is a children's party, Molly. Kids, for crying out loud!" "Don't get soft on me now, Bill," Molly retorted, her voice stern. "We've been hired to do a job, and we're going to do it. Besides, they'll never miss those presents. Trust me." Bill sighed, resigning himself to the task at hand. "Fine. Let's do this." The duo arrived at the party venue dressed as clowns, their faces painted with exaggerated smiles that belied their true intentions. They mingled with the guests, Molly entertaining the children with her nimble juggling while Bill kept a watchful eye on the presents. As the clock struck eight, Molly caught Bill's eye and nodded towards the gift-laden table. It was time. "Alright, kids!" Molly announced, clapping her hands together. "Who's ready for a magic show?" The children cheered in excitement, gathering around Molly as she prepared to perform her "trick." Bill quietly slipped away from the group, heading towards the table of presents. "Now, for my first trick," Molly began, her voice loud and clear, "I'm going to make all these presents disappear!" The children gasped in delight as Molly waved her hands over the table, making a flourish as Bill swiftly placed each present into a large bag. "Abracadabra!" Molly exclaimed, revealing the empty table. "Gone!" The children erupted in applause, unaware that the presents they had been so eagerly anticipating were now tucked safely away in Bill's bag. Molly laughed and bowed, her eyes meeting Bill's as he joined her at the front of the room. "And for my next trick," she said with a wink, "I'll make these presents reappear at the home of our client!" With that, the duo made their exit, leaving the party and the confused children behind. As they made their way back to their hideout, Bill couldn't help but chuckle. "You know, Molly, I never thought I'd say this, but that was actually kind of fun." Molly grinned, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "Told you, Bill. Sometimes, a little bit of mischief is just what the doctor ordered."
