Molly glanced around the deserted playground, her eyes scanning the perimeter for any signs of life. Bill, on the other hand, was engrossed in the pile of stolen information they'd acquired about the party they were about to hit. "Oi, Bill!" Molly hissed, annoyed. "Isn't your head supposed to be in the game, not the papers?" Bill looked up, blinking rapidly. "Oh, right. Sorry, Molly." He tucked the documents into his back pocket and turned to face her. "So, you've got the disguises set for the eejits?" Molly nodded, producing two oversized bumblebee costumes from behind her back. "Ta-da! Should be enough to fool the little rug rats and their parents. You get the teachers." Bill shook his head, chuckling. "Always amazing, that. You know, I always pictured you as more of a graceful cat burglar type, not an insect-wearing party crasher." Molly grinned. "Hey, whatever works, right?" She handed him a colorful pair of pants with pressed-on antennae. "And besides, it's not like we're crashing a formal gala here. This is a kiddie party. A bit of whimsy won't hurt." Bill scrutinized the outfit, a sigh escaping him. "Fair point." He took the pants and stepped into them, adjusting the antennae into a fetching upward tilt. "Alright, I'm a flamingo. Now what about the gift table? Any particular plan?" Molly clapped her hands together. "I thought so. We sneak in, you create a diversion while I scope out the loot. You know, your usual nonsense." She outlined her part of the plan with a flourish. "I'll grab the bigger gifts – the electronics, toys, whatever looks valuable – and meet you by the slide." Bill frowned, rubbing his chin. "What's the diversion? You've not told me." Molly wiggled her fingers in anticipation. "It's going to be genius. I'll dress up in that inflatable T-Rex costume and run around, chasing the kids. Panic, shouting, the works. By the time they find the real culprit, we'll be long gone." Bill blinked, impressed despite himself. "Hmm, that could actually work. You're a wicked genius, Molly." She beamed at the compliment. "Thanks, Bill. I try." She glanced at the playground gates, which were beginning to show signs of life. "Tell me you have the getaway car sorted." Bill waved a hand dismissively. "Piece of cake. Old Mr. Jenkins at the car rental place owes me a favor. He won't even ask questions when I return the Mustang with a few bruised wheels." Molly grinned, her eyes glinting. "That's why you're my partner in crime, Bill. So, are we ready to rob these unsuspecting nippers blind?" Bill laughed, his eyes twinkling with excitement. "We surely are. On your mark, get set—" "GO!" Molly cried, zipping into action as the gates swung open. Bill followed close behind, their antennae-clad backs bobbing through the sea of colorful decorations and wide-eyed children. The roar of laughter and screams of delight swelled as they disappeared into the chaos, the planet's youngest population barely a speed bump on their path to sweet triumph.
