"You sure about this, Bill?" Molly leaned against the rusted fire escape, peering at the pastel-colored monstrosity in the distance. "Positive, Molls," Bill chirped, adjusting his fedora. "These clowns are loaded. Did you see the size of that bounce house? Imagine the loot inside." "Bounce house, huh? That's what you're focused on? We're stealing from a bunch of sticky-fingered five-year-olds, Bill. Aren't you worried about karma?" Bill scoffed. "Karma? We're talking diamond-studded teddy bears and gold-plated toy trucks, Molls. Karma's got better things to worry about than a couple of missing squeaky ducks." "Alright, alright," Molly conceded, "But I'm still calling dibs on any unicorns." "Always with the unicorns, Molls," Bill rolled his eyes. "Stick to the plan. We're after the big prize - that rumored solid gold rocking horse." "Right, the metaphorical Trojan horse of this operation," Molly muttered. "Exactly!" Bill said, pointing dramatically to the bouncy castle. "We get in through that pandemonium, snag the horse while the parents are distracted by some clown juggling rubber chickens, and boom - we're sunsetting on a private island with Mai Tais." "Sounds idyllic," Molly agreed, though her voice lacked conviction. "Except, they're probably gonna notice a giant gold horse missing. You gonna replace it with a cardboard cutout?" "Genius, isn't it?" Bill declared, grinning. "They'll never suspect a thing. It'll be our little secret." Molly narrowed her eyes, "Bill, I swear, if you make another one of your 'ingenious' cardboard cutouts, I'm walking." "Fine, fine, no cardboard," Bill muttered, tucking his hands into his pockets. "But picture this - a parade of clowns, dancing to the beat of 'Baby Shark,' completely oblivious to the fact that we've pulled off the heist of the century." Molly sighed. "I hate you but I can't say no when you're being this ridiculous. But if we get caught, I'm blaming it on the unicorns." Bill chuckled, taking a deep breath. "Showtime, Molls!" They melted into the shadows, ready to infiltrate a world of cotton candy and carnage.
