Molly crouched beside the playground, her eyes scanning the scene before them. The sun had just dipped below the horizon, casting the gathering in soft, golden light. Moms chatted in the background, their high-pitched laughter mixing with the sound of children's giggles. Bill, standing next to her, toyed with the mechanisms of the lock pick in his hand, his brows furrowed in concentration. "Alright," Molly stage-whispered, "the presents are supposed to be under the gazebo. Once we get in, we have twenty minutes before the cake is brought out. We need to be quick and quiet." Bill shot her a mischievous grin. "You know, for a children's party, the security looks surprisingly tight." Cautiously, they approached the entrance, Molly spotted the bouncer, his bulk a formidable barrier. She reached into her pocket, withdrawing a set of fake credentials. "Identity theft's always a back-up plan." Bill snorted, shaking his head as Molly assumed a nonchalant demeanor. "Worth a shot." The bouncer barely glanced at the documents before waving them through. As they vanished beneath the party tent, Molly tugged Bill's sleeve. "Presents. First left, then right." Her voice dropped to a whisper. "And fast." A dozen gift tables lay before them, each laden with brightly wrapped bundles. Bill's lips spread in a slow grin as he began to work his magic. Papercuts and bows fluttered to the ground as the thieves efficiently culled the spoils. Molly corralled the swag into a wheeled cart they'd commandeered outside. Their haul amassed, Bill glanced at his watch. "Time's ticking." Presents piled high, they made their escape, the wheeled cart rattling across the playground, its cargo of toys and games flickering with the promise of potential. As they breezed past the oblivious bouncer, Molly patted his bulk. "Thanks for the easy access." Chuckling, Bill pushed the cart, Molly strolled beside. They vanished into the twilight, the sounds of revelry fading behind them. "Next heist?" Molly smirked. "Should we rob a birthday party for adults? It's got to exist, right?"
