Molly and Bill sat in a dingy motel room, poring over photos of a children's birthday party they were planning to rob. "The biggest haul will be the toys," Molly mused, tapping her chin with a black-gloved finger. "And we can't forget about the cake and ice cream," Bill added, already salivating at the thought. "What about the guests of honor?" Molly asked, her brow furrowed in thought. "We can't very well leave them empty-handed, can we?" Bill shrugged nonchalantly. "They're just kids. They won't even notice." Molly was about to argue further when there was a knock on the door. Both thieves jumped in surprise, glancing at each other nervously. "Quick!" Molly whispered, gesturing for Bill to hide under the bed. Bill scrambled under the rusty frame, awkwardly knocking over a suitcase full of stolen goods. Molly moved towards the door, grabbing a gun from her purse. She peeked out of the peephole and saw a young woman in a maid uniform holding a room service tray. Relieved, she opened the door. "Oh, you must be the cleaners," the woman said with a smile. "I was told to leave this here for you." She placed the tray on the nightstand, revealing a note that read "Merry Christmas, you twosome of thieves!" As Molly read the note, Bill popped out from under the bed, laughing hysterically. "We're busted!" he gasped, tears streaming down his faced. The pair looked at each other, then grabbed their robbing gear and bolted out of the room, never looking back at the party they'd planned to rob.
