Molly and Bill sat in their cramped apartment, the dim light casting a shameful glow on their faces. Bill looked at Molly, his eyes filled with desperation. "We're screwed, Molly. We didn't think this through," he said. Molly shook her head, her blonde hair flying in every direction. "No, Bill. We're not screwed. We just need to adjust our plan." Bill sighed, running his hands through his thinning hair. "How? We can't break into a children's party to steal presents!" Molly leaned in, her eyes narrowing. "Listen to me, Bill. We're going to do this, but we're going to do it smart. We'll blend in, and no one will suspect a thing." Bill frowned, unconvinced. "Blend in? With what? Pint-sized bandits?" Molly grinned, a mischievous glint in her eyes. "No, Bill. We'll dress up as clowns." Bill's mouth dropped open, his eyes wide with disbelief. "Clowns? Are you serious?" Molly nodded, her grin widening. "Yes, Bill. Clowns. We'll be the life of the party, and no one will bat an eye when we slip away with the loot." Bill shook his head, but he could see the determination in Molly's eyes. "Alright, Molly. But if we get caught, I'm blaming you." The day of the heist arrived, and Molly and Bill stood outside the posh townhouse, dressed in their clown costumes. Bill looked at Molly, his face a mask of despair. "I can't do this, Molly. I look ridiculous," he whined. Molly rolled her eyes, adjusting her oversized red nose. "You look fine, Bill. Now, let's go. Remember, we're here to entertain the kids, not scare them." They entered the party, and the children squealed with delight as the "clowns" made their way through the crowd. Molly and Bill juggled, blew up balloons, and made animal-shaped balloons for the kids. All the while, they kept a close eye on the presents, which were neatly stacked in a corner. As the party reached its peak, Molly leaned in close to Bill. "Now's our chance," she whispered. Bill nodded, his face still painted with a ridiculous grin. They grabbed the presents, stuffing them into oversized bags they'd brought with them. The children, entranced by their antics, didn't even notice the presents disappearing. Finally, they made their way to the door, their bags bulging with the stolen goods. Molly turned to Bill, her eyes shining with triumph. "We did it, Bill! We're going to be rich!" Bill smiled, his painted face cracking with relief. "You were right, Molly. We made the perfect clowns." As they left the party, they didn't notice the mother of the birthday girl watching them from a window, a look of suspicion on her face. But that's a story for another day.
