Molly and Bill crouched behind a row of bushes, peering through the leaves at the colorful chaos of the children's party. Balloons bobbed in the air, and the sound of laughter and squeals filled the backyard. A large table piled high with brightly wrapped presents stood in the center, the ultimate prize. "Alright, Bill, what's the plan?" Molly whispered, her eyes fixed on the mountain of gifts. Bill adjusted his black beanie and grinned. "Simple. We blend in, grab the loot, and get out. Easy peasy." Molly raised an eyebrow. "Blend in? We're not exactly dressed for a party." Bill pulled out two oversized clown noses from his pocket and handed one to Molly. "We are now." Molly stared at the red rubber nose in her hand. "You can't be serious." "Dead serious," Bill said, already affixing his own nose. "No one suspects a clown." Molly sighed but put on the nose. "Fine. But if this goes south, I'm blaming you." Bill chuckled. "Deal. Now, follow my lead." They emerged from the bushes, trying to walk casually toward the party. A few kids noticed them and started giggling, pointing at their clown noses. "Hey, look! Clowns!" a little girl shouted. Bill waved enthusiastically. "That's right, kids! We're here to entertain!" Molly forced a smile and waved too. "Yup, just a couple of clowns." They made their way to the gift table, trying to look as inconspicuous as possible. Bill leaned over and whispered, "Okay, you distract them with some balloon animals. I'll start loading the presents into this bag." Molly's eyes widened. "Balloon animals? I don't know how to make balloon animals!" Bill shrugged. "Just twist them into something. Kids have wild imaginations. They'll think it's a giraffe even if it looks like a pretzel." Molly grabbed a handful of balloons from a nearby table and started twisting them awkwardly. "Uh, who wants a balloon animal?" she called out. A swarm of children surrounded her, eyes wide with excitement. "Me! Me! I want a dog! I want a sword!" Molly's hands fumbled with the balloons, creating abstract shapes that vaguely resembled animals. "Here you go, a... um, dog-sword." Meanwhile, Bill was stuffing presents into a large sack, glancing nervously around to make sure no adults were watching. He worked quickly, his hands moving like lightning. "How's it going over there?" Molly asked through gritted teeth, trying to keep her smile from looking too forced. "Almost done," Bill muttered, shoving the last present into the bag. "Just keep them busy a little longer." Molly twisted another balloon, this one looking more like a squashed spider than anything else. "Here you go, kids! A... spider-dog!" The children cheered, completely oblivious to the heist happening right behind them. Bill tied the sack closed and gave Molly a thumbs-up. "Alright, time to go," he whispered. Molly nodded and started backing away from the kids. "Sorry, folks, but the clowns have to go now. We've got another party to crash!" The children groaned in disappointment, but Molly and Bill were already making their escape. They darted back to the bushes, the sack of presents slung over Bill's shoulder. "That was too easy," Bill said, grinning as they disappeared into the foliage. Molly pulled off her clown nose and shook her head. "I can't believe that worked." Bill laughed. "Never underestimate the power of a good disguise." As they made their way back to their hideout, Molly couldn't help but chuckle. "You know, Bill, for a couple of clowns, we make a pretty good team." Bill winked. "Just wait until you see what I have planned for the next heist. It's going to be a real circus."
