Molly and Bill huddled in the bushes outside the brightly lit children's party, their faces illuminated by the flickering light of the festive decorations. The air was filled with laughter and the joyful chatter of children, but the two thieves were focused on their mission: to steal all the presents. Molly peered through the branches, her eyes darting from one gift-laden table to another. "This is our golden opportunity, Bill," she whispered excitedly. "Just think of all the loot we'll get our hands on!" Bill nervously adjusted his black ski mask, his fingers fumbling with the straps. "Are you sure this is a good idea, Molly? I mean, these are children's presents we're talking about." Molly rolled her eyes and smacked Bill's hand away from his mask. "Oh, come on, we're not stealing from the kids! We're just redistributing the wealth, that's all." "Yeah, but to who?" Bill countered. "Us?" Molly grinned wickedly. "Precisely. Now, let's get moving. We don't have much time before the parents start noticing their kids' presents are missing." The two thieves crawled out of the bushes and slunk around the perimeter of the party, staying in the shadows as much as possible. Molly gestured towards a table laden with beautifully wrapped gifts, and Bill nodded in understanding. As they approached the table, Bill's nerves began to get the better of him. "Molly, I don't know about this... Maybe we should just—" Molly quickly clamped a hand over Bill's mouth, her eyes darting around to make sure no one had heard him. "Shhh! Not now, Bill. We're in the middle of a heist, remember?" Bill nodded, his eyes wide with fear, and Molly removed her hand from his mouth. Together, they stuffed as many presents as they could into their bags, trying not to draw attention to themselves. Just as they were about to make their escape, a small voice called out from behind them. "Hey, what are you doing with our presents?" Molly and Bill froze, their hearts pounding in their chests. Slowly, they turned around to face a group of curious children, their innocent faces etched with confusion and concern. Bill's resolve crumbled, and he dropped the presents he was holding. "We're so sorry, kids! We made a mistake. We'll put everything back, okay?" Molly shot Bill a disappointed look, but she knew there was no way out of this now. With a sigh, she helped Bill return the stolen presents to their rightful spots, all the while hoping they could still make a clean getaway before the parents arrived.
