They'll be right there, watching us like hawks," Bill pointed out. "Pfft, they'll think we're part of the entertainment," Molly chuckled. "We'll dress up as clowns. Nobody suspects a clown of anything." Bill raised an eyebrow. "Clowns? Are you serious?" "Dead serious," Molly said, producing two brightly colored clown costumes from a bag. "Now put this on and let's get to work." Bill rolled his eyes but complied, pulling the oversized shoes and floppy hat over his head. Molly did the same, and the two thieves looked at each other in the mirror, grinning like maniacs. "Alright," Molly said, consulting a map she had drawn of the party location. "We'll enter through the back door, where the parents are all busy chatting. Then we'll make our way to the gift table, take everything, and exit through the kitchen. Easy peasy." "Sounds simple enough," Bill replied, adjusting his red nose. "But what if one of the kids tries to stop us?" Molly laughed. "Kids? They're all too busy eating cake and opening presents to notice anything. Besides, we'll distract them with balloon animals." With that, the two thieves set off for the party. As they approached the back door, they saw a group of parents chatting and sipping wine. Molly winked at Bill and they both donned their clown masks, walking right past the unsuspecting adults.
