"Alright, Molly, you ready for this?" Bill asked, rubbing his hands together with a mischievous grin. Molly rolled her eyes. "As ready as I'll ever be for a heist involving a bunch of screaming kids and their sugar-fueled antics." "Ah, come on, where's your sense of adventure?" Bill chuckled. "Think of all those shiny new toys just waiting to be liberated." "Liberated? Is that what we're calling felony theft these days?" Molly deadpanned. Bill waved a dismissive hand. "Semantics, my dear Molly, semantics. We're just redistributing the wealth, spreading the joy, one ill-gotten gain at a time." Molly snorted. "You're certifiable, you know that?" "I prefer the term 'unconventional,'" Bill said with a wink. "Now, let's go over the plan one more time." "Fine," Molly sighed. "You're going to dress up as a clown and create a distraction while I sneak in and grab the loot." "Precisely!" Bill exclaimed. "And what a distraction it will be. These kids won't know what hit them when Giggles the Clown bursts onto the scene." "Giggles?" Molly snickered. "Seriously?" "Hey, it's a classic!" Bill protested. "Kids love a good clown name." Molly shook her head. "If you say so. Just don't traumatize them for life, okay? We're thieves, not monsters." "Cross my heart," Bill said, making an exaggerated X over his chest. "I'll be the epitome of family-friendly entertainment." "I'll believe it when I see it," Molly muttered. "Anyway, once I've got the goods, we'll rendezvous at the getaway van and make our escape." "Like a couple of smooth criminals," Bill said, shooting her a roguish grin. Molly couldn't help but smile back. "You're incorrigible, you know that?" "But you love me for it," Bill teased. "Jury's still out on that one," Molly quipped. "Now, let's get this show on the road before I change my mind." Bill rubbed his hands together gleefully. "Oh, this is going to be a hoot. Just wait until you see me in my full clown regalia. I'm a master of mirth and mayhem." "I can hardly contain my excitement," Molly deadpanned, but there was a sparkle of amusement in her eyes. As they headed towards the party venue, Molly couldn't help but shake her head at Bill's antics. He was certifiably insane, but she wouldn't have him any other way. This heist was shaping up to be one for the books, and she couldn't wait to see how it all played out.
