Molly ran her gloved fingers over the blueprint of the mansion, her eyes lighting up with mischief. Bill whistled low, "A children's party? You really know how to pick 'em, Molly." "Come on, Bill," she said, grinning. "It's the perfect target. All those presents piled up in one place, just waiting to be snatched." Bill scratched his head, "But, kids? Really?" Molly rolled her eyes, "Don't worry, we'll be in and out before they even notice. Besides, it's not like we're stealing from them. We're just...redistributing the wealth." Bill snorted, "Right. And what's the plan?" "We'll dress up as clowns," Molly said, holding up two red noses. Bill groaned, "Please tell me you're joking." "Nope. It's the perfect disguise. Nobody suspects a clown." "Except for everyone who's terrified of clowns," Bill muttered. Molly glared at him, "Just play along, okay? Once we're inside, we'll split up and start gathering the presents." Bill sighed, "And how do we get out without being caught?" Molly pointed to the blueprint, "There's a service entrance in the back. We'll make our escape while everyone's distracted by the magician." Bill raised an eyebrow, "A magician? This just gets better and better." Molly smirked, "Relax, it'll be easy money. And think of all the fun we'll have!" Bill grumbled, "Just promise me we won't have to do any balloon animals." "Deal," Molly said, holding out her hand. "Partners?" Bill hesitated for a moment, then shook her hand. "Okay, but if we get caught, I'm blaming you." Molly just laughed, "Trust me, Bill. This will be the easiest job we've ever done." The next day, Bill and Molly sat in their car outside the mansion, dressed in their clown costumes. Bill looked at himself in the mirror and groaned, "I can't believe I let you talk me into this." Molly adjusted her wig, "Come on, you look great. Now let's go make some magic." They made their way into the party, blending in with the other entertainers. Molly quickly made her way to the pile of presents, stuffing them into a large sack. Meanwhile, Bill distracted the children by performing a series of mediocre magic tricks. "Look, kids! I can pull a quarter out of your ear!" he said, making a few of the younger ones giggle. Molly glanced over at him, rolling her eyes. "Subtle, Bill. Real subtle." Bill shrugged, "Hey, at least they're not paying attention to you." Just then, a loud noise came from the stage. The magician had accidentally knocked over his table, sending props flying everywhere. Molly grinned, "This is our chance. Let's move." They quickly made their way to the service entrance, Molly lugging the sack of presents behind her. But just as they were about to make their escape, they heard a voice behind them. "Excuse me, are you two supposed to be here?" They turned to see a security guard, his eyes narrowed suspiciously. Bill gulped, "Uh, yeah. We're, uh, party entertainers." The guard looked skeptical, "I don't remember seeing you two on the list." Molly quickly stepped forward, "Oh, I'm so sorry. It's our first time here. We must have gotten our wires crossed." The guard hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Okay. But I'll need to see your ID's." Molly and Bill exchanged panicked glances. They didn't have any ID's! But before they could come up with a plan, there was a loud crash from the party. The guard's radio crackled to life, "We need backup in the main room! The magician's gone rogue!" The guard cursed under his breath, then turned to Molly and Bill. "Never mind. Just get out of here." Molly and Bill didn't need to be told twice. They grabbed the sack of presents and ran out the door, laughing as they made their escape. "See, Bill?" Molly said, breathless with excitement. "I told you this would be fun." Bill grinned, "You know what? You were right." As they drove away, the sound of children's laughter fading behind them, Molly turned to Bill with a mischievous glint in her eye. "So, where should we strike next?"
