Molly and Bill huddled in the alleyway, their eyes scanning the brightly lit children's party taking place in the backyard of a nearby mansion. Molly's lips curled into a smirk as she whispered to Bill, "So, we're really going to do this, huh? Steal presents from a bunch of kids?" Bill adjusted his black beanie and shrugged, "Hey, it's not our fault their parents are loaded. Besides, we're not stealing from the kids. We're just...borrowing the presents for a little while." Molly raised an eyebrow, "Borrowing, huh? And what happens when the cops show up? Are we going to return everything with a nice little note?" Bill chuckled, "Relax, will ya? We've got this all planned out. All we need to do is wait for the clown show to start. That's when the kids will be distracted and the presents will be unguarded." Molly crossed her arms, "And how do we know there won't be any security cameras? Or dogs?" Bill grinned, "Leave that to me. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve. Now, are you with me or not?" Molly sighed, "Fine. But if we get caught, I'm blaming it all on you." Bill rolled his eyes, "Whatever you say, partner." As the clown show began, Molly and Bill crept closer to the backyard, their hearts pounding in their chests. Bill pulled out a small device and scanned the area for any signs of security. "Coast is clear," he whispered to Molly. Molly grinned, "Alright, let's do this." They quickly made their way towards the mountain of presents, their eyes darting around to make sure no one was watching. Molly grabbed a large bag and began stuffing it with gifts, while Bill kept a lookout. "Hurry up, Molly!" Bill hissed, his eyes fixated on the clown show. "I'm moving as fast as I can!" Molly replied, frantically stuffing the last few gifts into the bag. Just as they were about to make their escape, they heard a sudden commotion coming from the party. Molly's eyes widened in panic, "What's going on?" Bill peeked over the fence and chuckled, "Looks like one of the clowns accidentally squirted a kid with water. They're all having a meltdown." Molly snorted, "Well, that works in our favor." She grabbed the bag and started to make her way towards the alleyway, but Bill suddenly grabbed her arm. "Hang on," he said, his eyes scanning the yard. "I see something...over there, by the pool." Molly followed his gaze and gasped, "Is that...a puppy?" Bill nodded, "Looks like some rich kid's birthday present. And it's not tied up. We could take it with us and sell it for a pretty penny." Molly hesitated, "But...it's a puppy. We can't just steal it." Bill shrugged, "Suit yourself. But I'm telling you, we could make a killing off this little guy." Molly sighed, "Fine. Let's just grab it quickly and get out of here." As they approached the puppy, it began to wag its tail and yelp excitedly. Molly couldn't help but smile as she scooped it up, "Aww, you're so cute!" But as they turned to leave, they suddenly heard a loud voice behind them. "Hey, what do you think you're doing with that dog?" Molly and Bill froze, their hearts racing as they turned to face a burly security guard. "Uh...we were just...admiring it?" Molly stammered. The security guard narrowed his eyes, "I don't think so. Hand over the dog and the presents, now." Molly and Bill exchanged a panicked glance, before Bill suddenly pulled out his trusty squirt gun. He aimed it at the security guard's face and pressed the trigger, releasing a stream of water. The security guard stumbled back, surprised and soaked. Molly and Bill took advantage of the distraction and made a run for it, the bag of presents and the puppy in tow. As they sprinted towards the alleyway, they heard loud shouts and sirens in the distance. But they didn't stop running until they were safely back in their hideout. Molly collapsed onto a couch, panting heavily. "I can't believe we did it. We actually did it!" Bill grinned, "Told you I had a few tricks up my sleeve. Now let's see what kind of loot we got." As they dumped the bag of presents onto the floor, they couldn't help but laugh at the ridiculous assortment of toys and gifts. But as they picked up the puppy and looked into its adorable eyes, they knew they couldn't sell it. Molly smiled, "Looks like we've got ourselves a new partner in crime." Bill chuckled, "What should we call him?" Molly thought for a moment, before grinning widely. "How about...Lucky?" And with that, Molly and Bill welcomed their new furry friend into their gang of thieves, ready to take on their next big heist.
