The flickering fluorescent light above the diner booth cast an eerie glow on Molly's face as she studied the blueprints. Bill leaned across the table, his breath hitching as he whispered, "You sure this is the place, Molly? Looks like a real shindig." Molly glanced up, her eyes sharp and unblinking. "It's perfect, Bill. Picture it: a room full of sugared-up kids, parents distracted by finger foods and bad karaoke. Nobody's gonna notice a couple of presents missing." Bill ran a hand through his greasy hair, scratching his scalp nervously. "Yeah, but kids' parties? Aren't those kinda... sacrosanct?" Molly snorted. "Sacrosanct? You've been watching too much cable news. It's a gold mine, Bill. Trust me." Bill sighed, tugging at the collar of his shirt. "Okay, okay. So, how we gonna do this? I mean, these folks are loaded. That's a lot of pressure, you know?" Molly smirked, sliding the blueprints across the table. "That's where our inside man comes in. Remember Jerry? The caterer? He owes me a favor." Bill's eyes widened. "Jerry? The one with the mustache and the unfortunate laugh?" Molly nodded. "The very one. He's going to make sure we get a copy of the party schedule. We hit the presents during the piñata smashing. Everyone's chaos, nobody'll notice a thing." Bill scratched his chin, considering. "That's actually kinda brilliant. But what about security?" "Minimal," Molly assured him. "Some rent-a-cop named Randy, according to Jerry. More interested in scarfing down cake than patrolling." Bill chuckled. "Randy, huh? Sounds like a pushover." Molly winked. "Exactly. Now, about that security system... " Bill groaned. "Don't tell me there's another system." Molly raised an eyebrow. "A small one, but manageable. I've got a jammer that'll take care of it. Just gotta make sure we're in and out fast." Bill nodded, his confidence growing. "Alright, alright. Let's do this.
