Molly adjusted her cap, scanning the park for any nosy onlookers. She turned to Bill, who was attempting to look inconspicuous next to the swings. "You sure about this, Bill? A children's party?" Bill nodded, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "Think about it, Molly. It's the perfect cover. Who would suspect two grown-ups at a kiddie party?" Molly sighed. "Last time you said that, we ended up in a dog show. Remember the poodles?" Bill winced. "Let's not bring that up." She chuckled. "Alright, let's hear the plan then." Bill straightened up, adopting a serious tone. "Okay, so the party starts at noon. We blend in, act casual. You’ll be the distracted aunt, I'll be the goofy uncle." Molly smirked. "Your best role yet. But how do we get to the presents without being seen?" "Easy," Bill replied, his confidence growing. "While everyone's distracted with the games, we slip into the house. The gifts are probably piled up in the living room or something." Molly raised an eyebrow. "And if someone catches us?" "Improvise. You're good at that," Bill said with a wink. "Great," Molly muttered. "And after we grab the loot?" Bill grinned. "We make a run for it. Use the birthday balloons as a diversion. Who doesn't love balloons?" Molly shook her head. "You're insane, you know that?" "It's part of my charm," he said, flashing a grin. "So, are you in?" Molly considered it for a moment, then nodded. "Alright, we'll do it your way. But no more dog shows." Bill held up a hand. "Deal. Now, let's get our disguises ready. I've got some old clothes that scream 'relatable adult.'" Molly laughed. "You mean like your Hawaiian shirt and cargo shorts combo?" Bill feigned offense. "Hey, that's my signature look." Molly rolled her eyes but couldn't help smiling. "Fine, but if we get caught, I'm blaming you." "Fair enough," Bill said, his eyes twinkling. "You ready to go over the details one more time?" Molly nodded. "Let's do it. But first, remind me why we're doing this again?" Bill's face turned serious. "Because, Molly, we're thieves. And thieves gotta thrive." Molly laughed. "Right, how could I forget?" As they walked toward the park entrance, Molly glanced around. "Just remember, we need to be subtle." Bill chuckled. "Subtle as a brick through a window, that's me." Molly groaned. "Bill, please try to be a little less... you." "Hey, if I wasn't me, we wouldn't be having this much fun," he said with a shrug. Molly had to admit, he had a point. "Alright, let's do this.
