"Alright, listen up, Bill," Molly whispered, eyes darting around the empty playground. "This gig's got to be slick, in and out before the sugar-highs hit." Bill adjusted his cap, scratching his stubbled chin. "Yeah, yeah, I get it, Molls. But these kids, they got a lotta loot. Barbie Dreamhouses, LEGO Star Destroyers, the whole shebang. Gotta be careful, though. We don't want a pint-sized witness blabbing to the fuzz." Molly smirked. "Oh, we won't have to worry about that. We'll be long gone before those little rug rats even realize their presents are gone." "True," Bill chuckled. "But what about the parents? They gonna be a problem?" "Nah," Molly said, confidence oozing from her every pore. "They'll be too busy stuffing their faces with cake and pretending to enjoy the clown's terrible jokes. We'll slip in during the piñata chaos, blend in with the chaos, and vanish with the swag." Bill nodded, a twinkle in his eye. "So, it's a smash and grab, then?" "More like a sneak and swipe," Molly corrected. "We need finesse here, Bill. These are kids' presents, not some bank vault. We want to be in and out faster than a kid scarfing down a cupcake." "Gotcha," Bill said, reaching for his trusty lock picks. "So, you take the left side, I'll handle the right?" "Exactly," Molly said, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "Now let's do this before someone decides to play Pin the Tail on the Thief." They slipped into the party, blending seamlessly with the chaos of children chasing balloons and adults chattering. Molly's eyes scanned the presents piled high beneath the festively decorated tree. Bill, meanwhile, was already working on a particularly tricky padlock on a large, wrapped box. "Got it!" he exclaimed softly, revealing a treasure trove of glittering toys and stuffed animals. Molly grinned, snagging a particularly large teddy bear. "Nice work, Bill. Let's see what else these little tykes have stashed away." They worked quickly and silently, their movements masked by the cacophony of the party.
