Molly and Bill sat hunched over a rickety table, studying a crudely drawn map of their next target: a children's birthday party. The air was thick with the scent of stale pizza and desperation. "Alright, Bill, here's the plan," Molly began, her eyes gleaming with mischievous intent. "We infiltrate the party disguised as clowns." Bill raised an eyebrow. "Clowns? Seriously? I hate clowns." "Don't worry, you'll be the funny one," Molly reassured him. "I'll be the sad clown. That way, I can blend in better with the crying children." Bill sighed. "Fine, but I get to honk the nose horn." "Deal." Molly pointed at the map. "Now, once we're inside, you create a distraction by performing some ridiculous magic tricks. You know, the usual stuff - pulling quarters from behind kids' ears, that sort of thing." "And while I'm doing that, you'll sneak off and grab the presents?" "Exactly. I'll stash them in these oversized clown pants I've got. They're like Mary Poppins' bag - practically bottomless." Bill nodded, a grin spreading across his face. "I like it. Simple, yet effective." "And once we've got the goods, we make our getaway in the party sub." "The what now?" Bill looked at her, confused. "The bouncy castle, Bill. It's shaped like a submarine." "Ah, gotcha." Bill paused, a thought occurring to him. "But won't the kids get suspicious when two clowns show up and start stealing presents?" Molly waved a hand dismissively. "Nah, they'll be too distracted by the cake and the sugar high. Plus, we'll give them a show they won't forget." "I guess you're right," Bill conceded. "But what if the parents catch on?" "That's where the itching powder comes in," Molly said with a devious smile. "Once the parents start scratching like mad, they'll be too preoccupied to notice us swiping the gifts." Bill laughed. "Molly, you're a genius. An evil genius, but a genius nonetheless." "Flattery will get you everywhere, my dear." Molly stood up, stretching her arms above her head. "Alright, let's go over the plan one more time..." As the two thieves fine-tuned their scheme, the children's laughter from the nearby party echoed through the air, a stark contrast to the dastardly plot being hatched just a stone's throw away. Unbeknownst to the innocent partygoers, their celebration was about to take a turn for the bizarre, courtesy of Molly and Bill, the most unlikely - and unlikeliest - pair of heisters the world had ever seen.
