Bill nodded, his eyes scanning the festivities through a pair of high-tech binoculars. "You'd think they'd have better security, considering all the sugar-fueled chaos in there. I mean, it's like a tiny, tantrum-throwing riot waiting to happen." Molly chuckled. "That's exactly what I'm counting on. The more distractions, the better. Now, let's go over the plan one more time. We go in through the ventilation shaft—" "Ah, the classic overhead sneaky-sneak," Bill interrupted. "I love it. Although, I'm still not convinced we shouldn't have just gone with the 'delivery guys' disguises instead." Molly shook her head. "Too many variables. We can't risk someone recognizing us as fake delivery guys and raising the alarm. Besides, the ventilation shaft is the least suspected entry point." "True," Bill conceded. "But have you considered what we're going to do with all those presents? I mean, it's not like we can exactly fence 'Teddy Ruxpin and the Get-Along Gang' action figures on the black market." Molly grinned. "Leave that to me. I've got a buyer lined up who's willing to pay top dollar for a bulk purchase of pilfered party favors. We'll be set for life, or at least until the next big score comes along." Bill raised an eyebrow. "And what's to stop the parents from noticing their precious little ones' gifts have gone missing?" "A combination of bribery, cunning, and the judicious application of glitter," Molly replied. "By the time they realize what's happened, we'll be long gone, with our pockets full of stolen loot and our fingers sparkly from all the evidence we've planted to throw them off our scent." Bill whistled. "You know, sometimes I think you're more brilliant than you are crazy." Molly beamed with pride. "Hey, it's all about finding that delicate balance between the two. Now, shall we get to work? We don't want to keep our mark waiting." As they put the finishing touches on their plan, Bill turned to Molly with a mischievous glint in his eye.
