Molly and Bill met at the operating dock on the outskirts of town. Molly slipped her arms into the heavy pouches filled with state-of-the-art lock-picking tools and other accoutrements of the trade. "You think these'll be enough?" Molly asked as she fiddled with the spacious pockets of her dress. Bill grinned. "Sure. But you've gotta remember how the kids do it. They both use plus-ones to open doors, but that lets a bunch of the kids sneak in, and they're way too rowdy." Molly nodded, mimicking a boy shaking his head in disgust. "Yeah, that kinda thing, I hope you wouldn't have done it near some of the food!" Bill chuckled, shaking his head. "Oh, the food? Those are always off-limits. The cake and ice cream? You might as well knife yourself." "And the punch kiddie punch recipe?!" Molly cringed. "I've never seen so many hairs in a drink in my life!" "Kids these days," sighed Bill. "So what are their m.o.s? The princesses and spacemen used to snatch a gift off the nearest pillow or tree." Molly nodded, peering down below the brim of the pendant-shaped witch's hat on her head. "Yeah, but some of the Picassos have got super-gizmos on those pillows." Bill patted her on the back. "In that case, I hope you've got some spray paint along. Nothing takes paint well like art." Molly looked up, a sly smile forming on her lips. "Well, I sure hope I've got enough ammunition! These little ones are gonna get started on the countdown clock any second now!"
