Molly paced back and forth across the dimly lit warehouse, her boots scuffing against the concrete. She glanced over at Bill, who was fiddling with the Bluetooth device tucked behind his ear. "You're sure this is going to work?" she asked, her voice dripping with skepticism. Bill straightened up, rolling his shoulders back. "Like a charm. I've been planning this for weeks." Molly scoffed. "Since you've been in the slammer? I didn't think you had time to plan a heist from behind bars." Bill's eyes flashed with annoyance. "I may be incarcerated, but I still have connections on the outside. This job is going to be the ticket to our freedom." Molly narrowed her eyes. "I thought you said the haul from the electronics store was going to be enough to bail you out." Bill shrugged. "Plans change. The risk on this job is low, and the reward is high. We're talking mountains of presents, all neatly wrapped and ready for the taking." Molly shook her head. "I don't know, Bill. Breaking into a kid's party seems like a low blow, even for us." Bill's expression hardened. "Hey, we're not here to judge each other's consciences. We're here to make a living, and this is a damn good opportunity." Molly sighed heavily. "Fine, but I'm not going to be the one to play the clown. I'll stick to the shadows." Bill smirked. "I'm not that rusty. I've still got a few tricks up my sleeve. Besides, the only clown that will be there is the one on the guest list." Molly raised an eyebrow. "You're going to tell me now that we have to take out the clown too?" Bill laughed, a harsh, abrupt sound. "Nah, the clown is our in. I've got a guy on the inside who's going to help us get in and out without anyone being the wiser." Molly felt her stomach churn with unease. This job was already sounding too complicated, and she didn't like the thought of involving a third party. But she knew that she needed the money, and Bill seemed confident that this was going to be a sure thing. "Okay, let's do this," she said finally, her resolve hardening. Bill grinned, a predatory gleam in his eye. "That's the spirit. Now, let's go over the plan one more time..."
