Molly and Bill sat in Molly's living room, sipping tea and plotting their grand heist. Molly: "Okay, listen up, Bill. We're gonna hit the circus tomorrow night. It's gonna be a smash." Bill: "What's the angle, kid? Why the circus?" Molly: "Circus clowns got outta control. Stormed outta the circus, shattered the glass cages. Escaped animals everywhere." Bill: "Why's this our problem?" Molly: "Simple. Got an invite to the after-party. The clown ringmaster's sister-in-law got VIP tickets to ringmaster's private doughnut lovers' session. We crash the security briefing after the clown's show, freakin' search forhhh... Oh! Wait!" Bill: "What? Maybe 'hoarding ill-gotten gains' wasn't the best angle." Molly: "Not how I meant. The ringmaster guy wired his whole circus up. School buses. Tent poles. Trucks. Delayed variations on Morse Code. And people use the back roads. Minimize civilian casualties." Bill: "An unhitchable donkey means the circus bottle stores are on wheels?" Molly: "I'm glad you get it... We need to hit every bus, truck, and tent pole in the right order. The clock melds on mealtime with a fast food hack. Then I'm stealing costumes. Do what I say, Bill." Bill: "No masks." Molly: "It's called cosplay. We make phony not-fake IDs. Fake real presidnetial stuff." Bill: "And these kids? They just hand out all these dolls like lollipops?" Molly: "I am trying to say, I'm gonna rob material objects. Like the steak knives at the table. They used to be sharpest. Piece of cake. I've appraised it and there's easily a hundred thousand." Bill: "You been at the cake?" Molly: "That lady with the birthday hat, honey. She's bedrooms in her closet. For my see-it-yourself keys." Bill: "This plan smells like trouble." Molly: "Excuse me? I'm doing something rotten." Bill: "You know Molly... these parties, these circuses, these gift grabber deals... They're more than stuff." Molly: "They're the dangers of the cheering crowd, yes? Quick they'll want us to attack them. But Bill... It's not a crime. We play it real true." Bill: "We can't steal these toys, Molly. You can't steal children's presents." Molly: "See Bill! You're obviously unfamiliar with the lingo of the disembodied toys. Santa and his skinhead elephant pals. Keep up, Bill! Get real, workplaces... Merry and happy, yeah?" Bill: "Get real? I guess you're not the lost property charity." Molly: "I heard there's an orphanage that owes me children. That's their disposable income inheritance! We're gonna hit it up. Money's not our fault, Bill." Bill: "You're making that stuff up! Molly, there's no orphan—" Molly: "No? What about the jumbo clown house?! That's got four hundred rooms in it. Either the kids come from nowhere, or we can pull the string on a ringmaster trick!" Bill: "What's the barrel with a face in it do?" Molly: "Heh. Next month, after the Clowns' 'Court Closed' convention, I'm gonna plant a flag on you." Bill: "You're funny, and I appreciate it, but I could stop you." Molly: "Hmmm. What a delightful pair, Bill. You take the sharp pencils. I'll grab the soft learned pencils. We can get you some cool toys if we split their gifts." Bill: "I'm working on a new comedy/chat show. My agent told me to approach the right people. We have some talk-back."
