The sun dipped below the horizon as Molly and Bill huddled in their getaway car, a beat-up old van painted a cheerful yellow. Molly, with her red clown nose tucked into her jeans pocket, kept her eyes trained on the house across the street. "Alright, Bill," she whispered, "You're sure this is the place?" Bill, wearing a tinfoil hat to disguise his bald head, nodded. "I scoped it out earlier. Kids' party, parents gone. All the presents are stacked in the living room." Molly cracked a grin, her teeth gleaming in the dim light. "Well, that's all the invitation we need, isn't it?" Bill chuckled, his breath fogging up the inside of his hat. "Just remember, Molly, we're not here to frighten the children." Molly huffed, "I'm not the one who suggested sticky fingers and a clown nose, Bill." Bill just smirked, adjusting his hat. "Let's go, we've got a job to do. And remember, no ruining the surprise." Molly rolled her eyes, but there was a sparkle of mischief in her eyes. "You got it, partner. No ruining the surprise."
