As the sun dipped below the horizon, Molly and Bill stood in front of the party. The lawn was covered in a sea of giggled and shouts of merriment as kids of all ages jumped and played on the bounceslide. The table was laden with presents and a birthday cake, with icing stiffly piped into the letters "HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON!" Molly stood next to Bill and was looking at the presents. "You know, Bill, there are so many presents over there." "I know, Molly, I know. They're practically waiting for us to take them." "You ain't wrong there. So, who do we hit first?" "Well, I was thinking we should hit the red present first—it looks the most promising. You know, reassuringly heavy." "Yeah, I agree with you. Let's go with old reliable." With that, they went for the red present and ran off toward the horizon. The kids rushed in pursuit, but it was to no avail.
