There was a children's party taking place at a nearby community center, and Molly and Bill were hatching a plan. MOLLY: All right, Bill, let's take a look at this from their perspective. BILL: We've got the late afternoon hours, on a lovely Saturday. The sun is out, the sky is blue. MOLLY: Lots of happy kids running around, playing games, and making balloons. Perfect atmosphere for a heist. BILL: I was afraid you might say that. Let's just hope they're not keeping an eye on Santa. Or any actual heist masterminds. MOLLY: Still, we've got to work with what we have. First, we've got to figure out where the presents are being stored. BILL: Agreed. That way, we can determine the best time for a sneak attack. MOLLY: Then let's think about how we're going to get past the crowd. When we went to the party last night, they all seemed to be having fun. But that's exactly what we want them to keep doing while we're doing our business. BILL: True. Maybe we could dress up as clowns or something? We could act like we're just another part of the entertainment. MOLLY: I like it! It comes with the added bonus of scaring some of the little kids though, right? Should we do it for the ultimate thrill of excitement? BILL: Yeah, the thrill, but also to buy some time. We can confuse the parents into thinking we're part of the entertainment. They'll either be looking for or taking care of their own noisy clowns. MOLLY: (Laughs) But we must tread carefully. I don't think they'd appreciate us scaring their children. Besides, we don't want to become targets for some vengeful parent. Do we have another option for entering like a clown? BILL: Well, there was also that woman at the party who was dressed like a princess. We could try disguising ourselves as party entertainers. MOLLY: That could work. No one would suspect a princess or a superhero to be stealing items. As long as they're not ripping the heads off of little kids. BILL: Yeah, that would make winning 'Mom of the Year' a bit harder. MOLLY: So we get into the party, take some disguises as party entertainers, and then find the presents. They'll likely be near the exit or closet, so they don't become a distraction for the little ones. Right? BILL: Exactly. So we need a distraction. And something to help us grab and take the presents relatively quickly. MOLLY: I can get us a distraction. Make sure we bring some sort of loud noise. A smoke bomb or strobe lights would do it. BILL: Good idea, and while everyone's panicking, we can grab the presents and get out. MOLLY: Will you lead our escape or should it be me? BILL: You go first. You've got the best plan. I'll follow up the rear, and we'll make a full break for it. MOLLY: You got it, Bill. Now, let's get in there and pull off the perfect heist! BILL: (Smirks) Sure thing, superstar. But let's try to hit the stage when the kids are preoccupied with balloons. MOLLY: Agreed. Let's not get caught on anyone's watch. We're in this together. Let's make this a heist with no witnesses!
