Molly slipped gaffer tape over the child's mouth and whispered, "Don't you even think about screaming. You wanna go to the party, right?" The child reluctantly nodded and Molly quickly removed the tape. She forced a smile and pasted the balloon onto the child's head. "Everything's going to be okay," Molly promised. When she heard footsteps approaching, Molly panicked. The thief in front of her put on his black hood and grabbed the child's wrist. "Who goes...?" Bill asked the child quietly. With a quick squeeze of the child's cheek, Bill whispered, "We're going to steal the presents, kid. You're gonna help us disappear and I promise you'll have a great time." The child hesitantly agreed and squeezed Bill's hand. Molly grinned, "Woo, he's brave." Noticing the parents returning to the room with party favors, Bill clasped the child's hand with the gurgling sound of the water balloon. "Come on... time for some presents." He led the child to the brightly lit room as Doris Gray's “Hey Little Town of Beverly Hills” lyric rang out in the background. Bill nervously glanced behind them as they made their way to the room. Molly quickly grabbed the last present, then sprinted to the car outside. “We’re all good,” she announced almost confidently as they slipped into the dark car.
